DELAYED ORDERS/ORDER ISSUES

If you have not received your purchase, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping notice email to contact USPS. If your shipment is listed as lost with USPS, please contact us at service@amberlocket.com.

Although we are not responsible for orders once they are scanned by USPS and in USPS possession, we will do everything we can to create a solution that works for both of us. 

If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at service@amberlocket.com. Not every situation is exactly the same and we want you to be happy and love your piece. We will do everything we can to make it right.

Exchanges will be offered for any item with quality issues without any additional shipping charges to you. Refunds will only be offered if all other options are exhausted and only at the discretion of The Amber Locket and may not include the original shipping cost.
